Location - Acton, ST5 4EE

Salary - £21, £95 per week Saturday enhancement payment

Hours - 42.5 per week

Monday to Friday

08.00 to 16.00

Saturday's 08.00 to 13.00

Overtime when needed

Mileage allowance when covering other sites

Full training and plant licences provided

It's why we're looking for someone who sees the world in a similar way, to take up an exciting Operative role in our Compost site where the team work together to turn this waste into a value added product that can be used within the local agricultural and horticultural markets.

What will you be doing?

Take delivery of the local green waste generated from the households of Newcastle-UnderLyme, Dudley Council and commercial grounds maintenance companies
Checking incoming wastes, operating a front shovel loader to shred the waste, maintaining compost piles and compost finishing line
Composts and Leachate management
Deputise for senior site operator in their absence.
Operate the weighbridge, checking incoming loads
Plant and associated attachments on all sites, including maintenance.
Windrow turning using a front shovel loader

What are we looking for?

Similar operational background
Health and Safety awareness
Full driving licence
Front shovel loader licence (Or equivalent)
