Caterpillar's Electrification & Advanced Power Solutions (E&APS) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified power train, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies.

The Opportunity
This new opportunity has been created to support our newly formed Electrification and Advanced Power Solutions business, this role will partner focusing on development and delivery of services and solutions to support Caterpillar commitment to a reduced-carbon future and helping customers achieve their climate-related goals.
This role is designed to collaborate with business partners and enterprise teams in end-to-end portfolio management focusing on Scope, Quality, Timeline, Resource, Risk & Communication management for major Electrification IT programs.
- Manage the daytoday project activities that includes program Scope, Timeline, Risk, Communication, Resource, Budget, and Quality Management.
- Ensure alignment with overall program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead Release Management change tracking and deployment processes.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide periodic updates to program sponsors and stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Establish and execute test strategy, plans and cases as required supporting solution releases and deployment initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and participate in change control activities.
- Promote overall team effectiveness, collaboration, and quality.
- Establish plans for and deliver power user training.
- Manage production go live & stabilization activities and transition to support team(s).
Skills and Experience:
- Progressive IT experience showcasing IT lead skills, such as project management, team lead or solution lead.
- Demonstrated IT project management experience.
- Knowledge of Change Management process, ERP change processes and workflow.
- Comfortable gathering, interpreting, and presenting data to senior IT & Business partner leaders.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skill's, demonstrating capability to work effectively with multiple global Business, IT and vendor partners and other management personnel, both inperson and virtual setup.
- Process development and improvement experience.
- Current use or extensive prior knowledge of managing SAP implementation.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in computer science (IT).
- Project Management Certification
- Initiative with willingness to take ownership and accountability.
- Strong customer focus and sense of urgency.
- Working knowledge of SAP & SAP methodologies.
- Basic understanding of integration technologies & Salesforce platform.
- Proven skills with large projects and ability to gain consensus from multiple levels of management as required.
- Proven ability to work with enterprise project sponsors, program managers and project leads from many different functional areas.
- Demonstrates commitment to IT Controls, methodologies, processes and standards for transition planning and support.
