Tradewind is seeking dynamic, flexible and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work in a primary school in Greasby, Wirral.

We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work 20 hours per week which consist of 4 mornings (08:30-12:00) and one full day (08:30-15:45)


The role is in Year 5, you will be working as a general teaching assistant and providing maths intervention support.


The role is for 6 months with the view to gaining a contract directly with the school after this period.


To be considered for this position as a Teaching Assistant in Wirral, you must:

  • Have experience supporting children or young adults
  • Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure
  • Be able to provide a minimum of 2 references, covering the last 2 years, including your most recent education reference
  • Have a full and complete 10year career history
