We have a unique opportunity for a Healthy Minds Practitioner to join Northpoint. This role will involve working across the Crossgates Primary Care Network. You will join us on a full-time, permanent contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

What you will be doing as our Healthy Minds Practitioner:
You will play a fundamental role in ensuring patients' mental and emotional health needs are effectively addressed. This role will involve conducting assessments, triaging patients, offering psychoeducation, and providing support.

You'll be utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to empower individuals to manage their mental health and connect them to appropriate resources.

Closing date:
Sunday 28 April 2024 and interviews to take place Wednesday 8 May.

We may utilise digital interview methods.
