Description

You will be supporting our HR Business Partners, working with our leaders to provide guidance and hands-on support on a wide range of HR issues.

Using your sound knowledge of employment law, you will lead on employee relation matters and take a proactive and pragmatic approach to the timely resolution of casework (grievances, disciplinaries, absence, and capability, etc.).


Driven by your customer-focused approach, you will coach and support leaders to build confidence and effectiveness in their management of people issues, providing advice that is informed by best practice and underpinned by our developing people strategy.


There is scope for the role to become permanent and as such we will offer a range of development opportunities for you to be involved in, such as supporting the development of our policies and procedures, delivering designated people management training sessions and contributing to the formation of wellbeing and EDI initiatives.
