One Property Recruitment are currently searching for a Head of Block Management to join a multi-disciplined property consultancy, who cover Residential and Commercial, based out of their head office in Marylebone.

You will be leading a team of 23, which is tiered from assistants to senior block managers, as well as wider support teams such as an in-house surveying team, legal, accounts and property inspectors and their retrospective team heads.

Our client have an established portfolio however are also looking to expand this with a target of increasing the units by 1000 in the next 12 months which you will play a part in.

Core duties of the role include:

P&L responsibility for the department
Recruitment for you team where required
Attending key client meetings to maintain relationships
Weekly 11's with team members
Scoping out new business and attending new business pitches
Overseeing of new business strategy
System implementation and streamlining

I am looking for individuals with the following background and skillset:

Previous experience in managing and leading a team
MIRPM qualified
Exposure and some track record to business development
