THE ROLE:
The role requires a Commercial Litigation Lawyer - Newly Qualified to join a thriving and busy team.

As the appointed Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you can expect to deal with a varied caseload of matters along with some high-quality matters.

The successfulCommercial Litigation Lawyer will be gaining exposure to a range of commercial litigation matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate and construction disputes.


THE CANDIDATE:


Suitable Commercial Litigation Lawyers will have completed at least one seat within commercial litigation and ideally gained exposure to contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, debt recovery, shareholder and partnership disputes.

With anexcellent reputation for advising on all types of commercial litigation matters, you will be well thought of within the local market and will have gained relevant experience within an established practice renowned for their commercial litigation offerings.

You will as the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive possess the ability to undertake business development and networking activities.
