Job Purpose

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to and convert agency and contractor leads
  • Provide a 'Best Advice' approach to offering solutions based on detailed fact find
  • Handling objections and closing sales
  • Ensure all leads are chased, followedup across at different times of the day to make the most of the referrals ensuring a high level of conversion
  • Provide updates to Account Managers on progress of leads and outcomes
  • Keep up to date with changes to the service at Workwell and retain knowledge around compliance metrics
  • Liaise with Operational teams to escalate customer issues when prompted to do by either the agency consultant or Sales team
  • Ensure all appropriate systems are kept up to date with relevant information always relating to the sales and conversion process
  • To discuss our different levels of service and aim to offer the premiem service which is the "Plus" package

  • Previous sales experience in a similar environment advantageous
  • Call Centre/ Customer Service Advisor/ Customer Service Skills advantageous
**This is an office based role, with rota scheduled shifts between 8:00 - 20:00
