Job Specifics


We are looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic member of staff to provide direct support for one of our SEN pupils over the lunch period.


We are committed to supporting the range of individual needs within our school and specialist resource provision and we therefore seek out adults who value equity and education for all children.


START DATE:
As soon as possible


CONTRACT:

Fixed Term ending July 21st 2023, Part Time, Term Time only, 7.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 11.

30AM- 1PM


SALARY:
£3559


Job Specification

  • Develop nurturing and professional relationship with pupil.
  • Support pupil to engage in active lunch times.
  • Work as part of the wider staff team across the lunch period.
  • Support pupil to calmly reenter the classroom environment and settle.
  • Show an active understanding of the safeguarding issues associated with working in schools.

Person specification

  • Friendly, energetic and enthusiastic team player.
  • Previous experience of spending time with children aged between
  • Responsible and able to use initiative.
  • An understanding of Autistic Spectrum Condition is desirable.
