SUPPORT WORKER (SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION) Required for our new service in Stoke on Trent
**Expected start date
- March 2024**
Full Time £24, £32, Sleep ins required) (Based on 40 hours per week paid at £12.00 per hour and 38.5 hours per week paid at £12.50ph with the additional sleep in allowance of £62.50 per sleep averaging 10 sleeps per month)
Bank Work and Part time Also Available £12.00ph - £12.50ph

As a Support Worker your role will be to work alongside young people, actively promoting independence and preparing them to transition into adulthood.
Working on a multiagency basis and in partnership with internal and external professionals to ensure young people are given the correct wrap around support and are treated equally, as individuals, and without discrimination.
If you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are resilient and committed to the support worker role and most importantly you will conduct yourself as a positive role model for young people and colleagues we want to hear from you.
Experience & Qualifications
- Level 3/4 in Health & Social Care. (Desired)
- Minimum of 1 years' relevant experience. (Desired)
- Hold a valid Driving licence and access to own vehicle.
