Senior Product Owner

  • End user in the legal sector is seeking a Senior Product Owner with extensive knowledge and experience of Dynamics CRM to join their organisation. This person needs to be a strong leader with the ability to challenge the business on how and why they are utilising the CRM system and suggest new and better ways forward. This person should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at every level, as well as with mentoring and coaching junior Product Owners.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead team of product owners to identify, design and ensure achievement of solutions across all platforms
  • Provide specialist knowledge of Dynamics CRM and the Sales module, API's and Sitecore
  • Continuously evaluate the backlog and ensure timely delivery of projects in line with business priorities
  • Lead on creation and continuous improvement of overarching products roadmap
  • Manage senior business stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate on product release management with the wider IT Team
  • Line manage product owners
