Sales Order Processing/ Logistics Administrator, Didcot - Office Based

£23,000 - £28,000, Monday to Friday

Global CTS Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Sales Order Processing and Logistics Administrator to join a small team that is responsible for dealing with orders but more importantly, keeping customers abreast of any delivery issues.

Taking daily telephone calls from customers to inform delivery schedule and stock levels
Placing sales orders, issuing delivery notes and invoices
Placing purchase orders and booking customer deliveries
Preparing daily outstanding order report for customers and sales team
Monitor upcoming deliveries and inform clients of any delays
Internal communications with internal staff
Dealing with monitoring stock levels on the system full training given
Liaising with Logistic and Export companies to chase up deliveries and resolve issues for their customers
