The Role
We are on the lookout for a Personal Assistant to support our Founder, Chris Larsen. You will be integral to ensuring Chris has the support he needs to continue the incredible growth of Leap76.


The role will require excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and the confidence to prioritise when necessary to ensure days run effectively and smoothly.


What you'll be doing

  • The daytoday management of a busy diary that can change on a regular basis
  • Arranging external and internal meetings, room bookings and facilities
  • Making varied travel arrangements
  • Helping to coordinate internal/external events e.g., off sites / company celebrations
  • Assisting with the creation of a variety of presentations with an eye for detail,
- consistency of feel and curating of content

  • Ad hoc administrative/office management requests

What you'll bring to the role

  • Previous experience supporting business leaders with outstanding administrative skills
  • A demonstrable trackrecord working to tight time frames and thriving in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and communicate effectively
  • Ability to work off own initiative and with little intervention or instruction
  • Focused on driving results and passionate about the growth of Leap76 in all areas
  • The ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Full UK driving Licence and a Car
