_ About the Role_:

The Office Services Assistant role is an important role within our Legal Support Services team.

The overall objective is to maintain a warm and welcoming front of house presence whilst completing delegated office duties in a professional, timely and efficient manner.

The role also includes some aspects of assisting with any non-booked 'walk-in' client queries.

Core tasks within this role are primarily related to, post inception and scanning processes. The role will also include periodically hosting of the office reception to cover the lunchtime

  • Inception and Scanning of inbound post
  • Meeting and greeting our clients ensuring that they have signed in and dealt with professionally and promptly
  • Health and Safety tasks
  • Stationery stock replenishment
  • Kitchen stock replenishment
