Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Salary:
Up to £40,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus + 25 days annual leave

Location:
North London.
Working in a vibrant and friendly team, this role is based full time in the office (5 days a week).

An award-winning, boutique, property investment and development firm with an impressive UK and overseas portfolio is seeking a Graphic Designer to design and deliver marketing collateral across all print and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Create and supply artwork as briefed, according to brand guidelines as part of ongoing projects, campaigns and ad hoc requests which may include professional property brochures, flyers, adverts, videos and social media posts.
Ensure that all work complies with the company's brand guidelines
Liaise with the web developers to ensure smooth running of the website and add news items/make sure property stock is up to date
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to deliver campaigns that are on brief, on brand and on time
Design and prepare social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, in addition to uploading properties on to the property portals (Zoopla, Rightmove, website etc)

Requirements:

Excellent skills in graphic design and editing software, across the Adobe creative suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro.
Trackrecord working across multiple channels, including print and digital, videos and social media content
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multitask, work fast and accurately to tight deadlines
Recent and proven experience of working within a creative/graphic design role, ideally within the property or professional services industry.
