Data Input Administrator to join our team based in our office in
Watton, Thetford.Data and accurate data, at that, is of the upmost importance to us.
Accurate information allows us to provide a comprehensive service delivery to our clients, so your back-office data entry skills are needed and will be valued.
Due to a recent internal promotion, we have an opportunity for someone to join our small but well-oiled team.You'll have the teams support in those early days and weeks who will be more than happy to guide and advise as you settle in and become an integral part of our team.
What we offer:
Key areas of responsibility:
- Transfer data from various formats into computer files or database systems using specialist software
- Execute precise data entry and verification tasks
- Implement data checking procedures to ensure accuracy
- Query anomalies if and when required
Experience required for the role:
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Administrator is preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong Excel knowledge is a must as you'll exporting data, producing reports, updating spreadsheets and databases
- Strong written and verbal communication is paramount
- Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
