We are looking for an Asset Administrator to provide administration support within the asset team ensuring excellent customer service is provided, s well as manage the administration relating to both Aids and Adaptations and permission requests from residents and private owners.

You will work closely and collaboratively with the other areas of the Property Team as well as the Customer Contact Centre Team.


Requirements:


  • Process minor aids and adaptations; document requests, raising and closing orders, communication with residents and OT's and liaison with contractors.
  • Administration relating to EPC ordering and processing, in voids, batch orders, planned EPC contract and liaison with residents and contractors.
  • Provide administration support on disrepair claims, liaising with surveyors, solicitors and residents where needed.
  • Deal with daily customer queries and / or complaints in timely manner and resolve or escalate as necessary.
  • Carry out telephone quality checks on completed works.
  • Manage and respond to permission requests from current residents and leaseholders, former landlord consent requests, and permission requests for major adaptations from the local authorities that we work with.
  • Accurately process orders, variations, surveys, invoices, and recharges.
  • Assist in the programming of the inhouse stock condition surveys, liaising with the stock condition surveyors and residents to make appointments.
  • Ensure that stock data on major adaptation is shared within the asset team to ensure that data is captured within the asset management system.
  • Assist in preparation of KPI's of relevant contracts for monthly reporting.
  • Assist in the updating of our asset management database, with various documents, resident refusals, and photos where applicable.

  • Ability to present accurate information, clearly and concisely in reports and dashboards.
  • A level of understanding of building and construction principles.
  • Understand domestic building maintenance and terminology
