An opportunity has arisen in our London office.We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to bring empathy and amazing customer service to help resolve issues for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate amazing practice in customer service
Deal with multiple enquiries at once
Assist customers in resolving queries
Prioritise and manage tasks effectively
Perform tasks with a logical approach
About you:
Strong communication and logical thinking
Empathic nature
Keen eye for detail
Has previous customer service/admin experience
Package:
25 days annual leave plus your birthday off
£27,000
