KM have an exciting opportunity for a Careers Lead who will be responsible for the management and coordination of Early Careers, Graduate programmes.

Working for a leading organisation, you will be responsible for a number of key areas to include:

Ensuring the smooth running of graduate programmes and graduate onboarding process.
Working collaboratively to achieve an excellent graduate experience and award winning graduate programme.
Support with the attraction of graduates promoting our clients graduate offering as the one of choice, to embark on their graduate career.
Reviewing programmes at all times to identify and recommend refinements and efficiencies.
Providing guidance and support to graduates and their managers dealing with any concerns swiftly and in a professional manner.
Ensuring graduates remain on track in terms of attendance and progress.
Deliver core skills training.
Ensure consistency with feedback and 121's between graduates and managers
Analysis of data and reports.
