Define and maintain an IT sourcing strategy that supports the overall strategy of IT

Sourcing strategy to cover:

Oversight on Canon IT's cost drivers / structure, and external trends / benchmarks to make informed decisions on the initiation of sourcing opportunities
IT sourcing agenda with a 23 year rolling horizon

Define and Operate a relationship management framework for IT's strategic suppliers:

with clear roles, responsibilities internally (between departments) and with supplier.

- covering quality of services, financial management, compliance/risk agenda, settlements for relationship issues and the development of new business cases

Strengthen sourcing and vendor management capabilities of IT leadership trough coaching, training and monthly publications

Work closely and collaboratively with the Contract Management team in the CIO office so that there is appropriate support for sourcing initiatives

What we ask:

Extensive experience of managing various types of IT services and products contracts
Strong experience of senior stakeholder management
Extensive experience managing significant and complex enterprise wide multivendor environments.
Good analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data trends for lessons learnt, required action/resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands on and proactive approach; Selfmotivated, pragmatic, and can work as part of a team or individually, as required
Good organisational skills
Demonstrate tact and diplomacy to maintain successful working relations
Demonstrate strong business understanding

Further Information:

Salary band £68,000 - £83,455 dependent on experience + up to 10% performance related bonus + extensive flexible core benefits and exceptional pension plan

Location - Canon Europe Campus, The Bower, Stockley Park, UB11 1AF (near Heathrow, West Drayton, Uxbridge) on-site parking and electric charging points
