The Account Manager to join a Client Service team, working alongside colleagues and reporting to the Client Partner/Client Service Director

The main purpose of the role is to be the main day-to-day contact working with clients, the agency, and suppliers to deliver results.

You'll be responsible for:
Communicating to clients clearly and giving solutions
Coordinating and overseeing all campaign activities to ensure successful delivery of client requirements to timescales and budget
Understanding key analytic and setting realistic KPIs and delivering results
Raising clients' business concerns and needs.
Negotiating and closing business contracts with existing and new clients
Delivering sales pitch to prospective clients
Preparing and presenting business and account updates
Monitoring the budget of the client, explaining costs
Following up clients
Contributing information to sales strategies
Having a thorough knowledge of the clients' business

Looking for:
2 years + experience of managing clients and stakeholders with marketing, digital and media background
Experience working in a media, creative or PR agency
Somebody who is proactive, positive and solutions focused

Offering:
Salary of £40,000 to £45,000
21 holidays plus bank holidays
