Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful food manufacturing business with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a busy HR function in Derby.

Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be 100% office-based working.

Description
Working alongside a small HR team, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and fast-paced role, supporting with a wide range of HR matters, including but not limited to:

Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders regarding HR policies and procedures
Deal with employee relations casework
Deal with HR queries
Work with line managers to conduct absence review meetings and proactively reduce absence
Support managers with appraisals and performance
Support with HR projects
