IT Operational Control Manager

Salary £68,000

Job type Permanent

Location Central London

Hybrid working 3 days in the office (Can be flexible)

Key Duties

Owning the design and creation and coordination of the ITGC Controls for financial, operational, and regulatory risks for CITO Teams.
Supervising and reviewing design and operating effectiveness of the IT General Controls
Collating Risk Management Data and preparing Senior Management Reporting
Review, design and approve recommendations to current policies, procedures, and internal control systems to ensure they are up to date based on testing procedures and results
Creation and delivery of Audit, Risk and Control Monthly Meetings
Act as a single point of contact for all issues and queries regarding ITGC.
Provide additional ad hoc duties for Head of IT Operational Control
Logging new risks, monthly risk selfassessments and providing gap analysis

Requirements:

Internal controls implementation and improvement experience
Solid understanding and experience of working with internal control frameworks
Strong experience and interest for how technology and systems can support internal control effectiveness and efficiency
Knowledge of Risk
Auditing concepts and principles
Understand the IT Controls including 3 lines of defence model
General ITGC Control Experience
Risk Management Experience
Knowledge of and experience in utilizing various methodologies and frameworks (COBIT, COSO, ITIL, 27001/27002 and 27018, SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type, SOX)
