What is the purpose of the role?


The Homefinder Systems & Practice Officer will monitor and measure quality and performance to reduce void numbers and improve the operational and individual performance within the service areas.

They will identify service growth and development opportunities as well identifying best practice.

Our Homefinder Team works to allocate properties fairly and effectively by making the best use of available housing.

This ensures housing provision and rental income is maximised through an efficient allocation, lettings, and void management service to meet Bolton's housing needs.
