Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services.

They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.


The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Licensing Administrator.

Main responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Filing of correspondence and premises licenses
  • Logging premises licenses details onto a case management system
  • Photocopying, certifying and posting premises licenses to clients
  • Scanning and saving all premises licenses and gaming permits/notifications to case management system
  • Supporting the licensing team in terms of additional administration
  • Maintaining up to date data on spreadsheets

The Person:


For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous experience gained in a legal administration, as well as this licensing experience would be desirable but not essential.

They are looking for someone with great people and IT skills who is a team player

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Central Glasgow, no car parking.
