Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in the classroom by providing support to individual pupils or small groups

Work with pupils who have SEND, including those with learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and autism

Help pupils to develop their social, emotional, and behavioural skills

Provide support for pupils to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential

Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources

Attend and participate in meetings, training and professional development opportunities as required

Undertake other duties as required by the school.

Requirements:

Experience working with pupils with SEND

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility and adaptability

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop

Strong IT skills.
