A unique opportunity has arisen with an exciting boutique special situations Private Equity Investor to build out and lead the firm's Investor Relations function for their fourth fund raise and beyond.

The firm's focus is on public to private opportunitiesin listed European companies and has seen some incredible returns over their previous fund raises.

The fund raising has been predominantly focused on the US but the firm has been making a larger push in EMEA with ambitious growth plans.

If you would like to be the leading figure in an exciting company's Investor Relations function then this is the perfect role for you.

Key responsibilities

Lead all fundraising activities for the firm, expanding on their existing investor base in the US, Europe, and Asia
Develop a business development and marketing strategy alongside the senior partners.
Attend regular meetings with the key potential investors
Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, updating them on the firm's activities and performance.
Work with the wider firm to ensure marketing and sales materials are of the highest quality.

Requirements:

Extensive knowledge and a successful record of raising funds from institutional investors
Experience in and knowledge of various private equity strategies
Bring a network of institutional investors to the business from EMEA, the US, or APAC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team
C.10+ years working with Investment Management with several years experience leading an investor relations function
