Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility for building the reputation of the SCC Cyber business both internally to SCC and externally to clients as a market leading delivery execution function; with client experience and revenue being a primary measure of success.
Creating and following a delivery methodology and process including creating resources and artefacts that align to best practice; ensuring that projects are successful, and revenue is delivered on time and to forecast within agreed profit margin parameters. Managing in house resources, external partners and external flex resourcing to fulfil this.
Strategic planning, execution of plans and KPI reporting including financial attainment and forecasts will all be critical skills; you will be expected to bring experience from other managed services and professional services functions; along with experience of project management and governance.

Skills and Experience:

Strong management background and experience of high growth driven change in a cyber security environment
Experience of delivery methodologies and client experience metrics.
Financial acumen and familiarity with being managed to finance targets such as Non-Recurring Revenue (NRR), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Churn
Demonstrable experience of managing multiple delivery projects across a magnitude of services and customers
Ideally to have worked in a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment before.
To have already achieved SC Clearance or undergo the process for SC Clearance.
Ideally hold a recognised Information Security qualification (e.g. CISSP, CISM) or demonstrate strong capabilities in Information Security
