Description
The Pooled Fund Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:

Better Care Fund:
a) Managing the day to day business of the Better Care Fund including all arrangements for the Better Care Fund Technical Working Group and Integrated Commissioning Partnership Group activity, including creating a forward plan for all meetings, BCF reportingand governance for all organisations to ensure compliance with the national and local requirements.
b) Ensuring that there are named budget managers responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the individual schemes
c) Ensuring that all expenditure from the pooled fund and non-pooled funds is in accordance with the provisions of the section 75 agreement and the relevant scheme specification

d) Maintaining an overview of all joint financial issues affecting the Partners in relation to the services and the pooled fund and non-pooled funds
