Loan Administrator - Poole

Prestigious Poole based client is looking for an accomplished Loan Administrator to support with admin in the Loans/Lending Team. You will need an understanding of loans admin, funds admin or investments reconciliation. The role will also involve some client engagement and management.

You must be able to prioritize and organize workflow, as well as corroborate all facets of the operation and loan/fund administration of client accounts.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction to the highest standards.

Initially this role will be remote working and then when the office re-opens you will be required in Poole a few days a week.


Essential:

  • Solid experience of Excel
  • Loans Admin /Fund Admin / Fund management/ loans processing/loans accounts/investments admin/ corporate trust/lending.
  • Previous financial services experience / Investments
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • MS Office experience
  • Good organisation skills
  • Business engagement
