Netwirking are working with a client based in Gosforth as they look to add a Sales Development Representative to their growing team.

The business has been established for over 30 years and is a specialist in the software industry.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Promote the business through outbound calls.
  • To book sales demonstrations, follow up appointments and convert the lead into a sale.
  • Support the client during the sales process with any customer service queries.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:


  • Experience in B2B telesales
  • Appointment making
  • Good phone manner
  • Great communicator
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Has great customer service and sales skills
  • Able to develop a good working relationship with our customers and colleagues
  • Can accurately maintain all internal records
