Netwirking are working with a client based in Gosforth as they look to add a Sales Development Representative to their growing team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote the business through outbound calls.
- To book sales demonstrations, follow up appointments and convert the lead into a sale.
- Support the client during the sales process with any customer service queries.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in B2B telesales
- Appointment making
- Good phone manner
- Great communicator
- Has a positive attitude
- Has great customer service and sales skills
- Able to develop a good working relationship with our customers and colleagues
- Can accurately maintain all internal records
