Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm - Flexibility required to be discussed at interview

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Ensure that DHL service providers have agreed and sign off any contingency plan and have the correct resources available to act upon the plan
- Maintain relationships to implement and establish high, reliable on time collection and on time delivery performance and to respond to inquiries / requests of a moderate difficulty level from colleagues and customer
- Liaise with Billing/Payable Team to answer any invoice queries and identify any possible improvments in process
- Escalation of issues including transit delays, to appropriate contacts, including supervisor, management, customer & third party service providers.
- Ensure adherence to internal and external costs agreements and procedures, to avoid and report financial loss and or financial discrepancies

- EU Planning experience/exposure
- Must possess good written and oral communication skills
- Must have good attention to detail and excellent Excel skills
