Description

The focus of this post is the production of food for patient and visitor catering services to all customers, patients, departments and business tenants within the hospital, adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations at all times.

Working as part of a team on a 5 days over 7 days' rota you will deliver a quality patient and visitor focused service.

Applicants must have knowledge of NHS Golden Jubilee Policies and Procedures and Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, all of which will be monitored by the Team Leaders.

Applicants must have evidence of a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar busy food service environment; applicants must also have an in date Food Hygiene Certificate.
