Description
Morgan McKinley are currently working with an International Bank looking for a HR Officer to join the small UK team in support of the HR function for all UK employees.
We are looking for a highly motivated self starter to take ownership of the HR Administrationand assist with general HR queries supporting the HR manager.
This role is office based 5 days per week in central London with a highly competitive salary to cover travel costs.
The day to day duties include:
- HR Administration on SAP
- UK payroll
- UK HR Advisory support
- Ownership of all inductions processes and new starters
- Employee life cycles
- Training and development
- Recruitment
- Supporting HR operations delivery
- Contracts and onboarding and so much more
The successful individual MUST have at least 2 years plus previous HR experience from a bank or financial services organisation, with excellent attention to detail and the desire for perfection.
