Working Hours: 8am - 5pm
BPH is an independently-owned plant hire company based in the South East.
From excavators and dozers, to dumpers and telehandlers, we've been supplying a huge variety of heavy machinery for hire to the construction industry for almost half a century.
Role Purpose:
This is an administrative role to assist in the day to day running of a busy hire desk.
Please note this is an office Based role.
Key Duties:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Ensuring all hire contract administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner including arranging all "on" and "off" hire's
- Invoice processing
- Liaising with Hire Desk and machine operators for daily jobs
- Operator timesheet entry on to CRM
- Notify customers of and charge all damages to account
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve any customer issues
- General adhoc administrative duties
Key Competencies:
- Good eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good team player
- Previous experience of CRM programme an advantage
- Previous plant hire or construction industry experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
