Description

The purpose of the role is to provide an effective Health Care Records service for the Mid Yorkshire Teaching Trust in accordance with agreed policies with the direct supervision of a team leader.

To carry out administration duties in a manner that supports departmental targets and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures.


To work as an active member of the Healthcare Records Team in providing efficient clerical support to the service for the Trust.

Ensure that case notes are prepared and scanned in accordance with agreed timescales
