As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing support to the marketplace department. You will deliver high levels of customer service and ensure administration tasks are carried out effectively.

Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the rest of the Marketplaces department to ensure that all daily KPI, SLA targets are met to optimum levels and quality of service is delivered
  • Driving value add to the companies processes to help maintain departmental profitability
  • Troubleshooting of return queries and being able to challenge couriers and customer alike to maximise sales retention opportunities and offering the correct product alternatives, wherever possible
  • Being extra vigilant and proactive in spotting and preventing suspicious activity
  • General admin support for various processes within the Marketplaces department
