someone to join the onboarding
-
compliance team to provide an outstanding onboarding applicant experience, handholding the applicant through the initial onboarding process to reduce the time it takes to book their first shifts and the number of restrictions applied to a profile:


The Role:
Compliance Coordinator


Full-Time / 37.5 Hours per Week - Monday - Friday

Salary:
£21,300 per annum


Skills/Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is flexible, prides themselves on getting things done right the first time.

  • Great attention to detail this is key when reviewing sensitive documents, and ensuring we have the correct documentation to take our customers through the Onboarding Journey.
  • Good communication
skills - this will be important when interacting with key stakeholders and Bank members.

  • Work to set objectives and targets to manage your workload through proactive contact and engagement.
  • Deliver a proactive, positive applicant experience and aim for first contact resolution with every interaction.
  • Provide a friendly and effective onboarding management process based on internal and external feedback, decreasing the time to book first shift and zero tolerance for restrictions.

To be successful in this post you will need to demonstrate:

  • Good communication
  • will be dealing with key stakeholders at different levels
  • Good eye for detail
  • Flexible with switching tasks inbound calls and administration duties
  • Highly competent in Excel and other Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
