Description

The basic salary for this role is £22,500 with a £425 bonus per month (OTE £27,600). Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.

The Role:

Making customer service calls to our agency partners to offer help and support
Providing exceptional customer service to our agency partners

The Person:

Passionate about customer service
Able to listen with the desire to resolve things
A positive can do attitude, being punctual and reliable
A strong work ethic with the ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
Ability to build rapport with customers through written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively in a team
Highly selfmotivated with the ability to meet targets
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection

Requirements:

Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
Experience of working within a telephony based customer service role
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
