Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Colchester

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a Top tier and Legal 500 firm based in Colchester.

The Clinical Negligence team is highly regarded and has regularly achieved high value compensations in complex and serious claims.

You will work closely with the Head of the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury on a variety of matters ranging in value and complexity; much of it interesting and high value.

Typical matters will includes but is not limited to:


  • Birth injuries
  • Surgical errors, cosmetic surgery, dental negligence
  • Mental health care
  • Misdiagnosis and late diagnosis, wrong prescription claims
  • Care home negligence, Hospital negligence, GP negligence
  • Previous experience with Clinical Negligence work is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable understanding clients' needs
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
