Are you an experienced business consultant looking to take the next step in your career? Do you have a track record of helping clients transform and achieve their goals? We are seeking talented Business Consultants to join our team and work with a prestigiousGovernment client.

As a Business Change Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to Programme and Project Managers and other key stakeholders, helping to 'make change happen' throughout the full lifecycle of projects and programmes.

You will be involved in business justification,planning for change, and ensuring the expected level of change is sustainable.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading analysis in areas of your expertise
Leading client engagement on specific sections of a project or programme
Leading small workshops and interviews with key stakeholders
Planning and presenting information to stakeholders to assist in change activities
Coaching junior staff and delivering training courses

To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate experience in most of the following areas:

Leading large workshops with senior staff
Running large and complicated client engagements with multiple stakeholder groups
Engaging with difficult stakeholder groups to identify issues and resolutions
