Do you have experience working within insurance? Have you worked in a contact centre or customer service role and you are looking for the next challenge in you career?

Do you want to work with a leading and growing insurance business renowned for their staff reward and recognition?

We have an opening for a Renewals Agent to join a supportive and friendly environment in the offices in Chandlers Ford.

As a renewals agent, you will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of renewals each month
Ensuring each individual customers needs are met
Spot opportunities to up sell and promote relevant additional products
Liaise with insurers and customers to ensure the renewal process is seamless

You will working full-time in the office for the first 6 months (during your probation period) to ensure you have the relevant training and support you need to be successful in your role.

As a renewals agent, you will ideally possess:

Strong communication, both written and verbal, with a polite telephone manner

- a target driven mindset
- an ability to build strong rapports with internal and external contacts

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Salary:
£21,500 - £28,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus
