£14.50 /hour


Hours: 8 hrs/day (including 0.5h unpaid break)


Shift Pattern:
Monday - Friday; day shift

In your new role as a
Business Support Administrator, you'll work closely with the Business Support Manager and Contract Management Team


Your duties will include:

  • To assist managing all administration and financial processes ie. inventory, invoicing, costing documentation.
  • To work with and take instruction from the Business Support Manager as required.
  • Constant communication and daytoday correspondence with the Contract Management team.
  • Handle queries, contract based and with external suppliers.
  • Update internal and external databases and administration systems as required.
  • Ensure all compliance certification is received and processed as required.
  • Accurately file manually and electronically as per business policy and procedures.
  • Ensuring operational paperwork is to corporate standards.
  • Raise Purchase Order Requests as and when required / instructed.
  • Raise regional actions and allocate to relevant managers.
  • Final closure of all regional actions before invoicing.
  • Complete & manage the central costing templates.
  • Support financial processes e.g. aged debt, invoicing,
  • Ensure that all health and safety company procedures are adhered to.
  • Have a flexible approach to business support to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Ownership of data systems and contract processes to ensure records are maintained and processes followed as appropriate.
  • Help create and manage contract report and supporting contract documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation for team / client meetings.
  • Manage the quote process for the contract.
  • The timely completion of all scanning and uploading as required by the business.
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlines you may be required to perform other duties assigned and requested by the Business Support Manager

What are we looking for?

  • Administration experience essential.
  • Highly proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
  • Financial Awareness
  • Must have a flexible approach to working.
  • A knowledge of facilities management sectors is desirable.
  • Well organised, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multitasking capability, project and deadline oriented
  • Relationship building skills to be a selfstarter willing to take the initiative when necessary and excellent ability to work well within a team structure, and support and guide team members as required.
  • Strong team player orientation cooperative and willing to assist others. Ability to work on own initiative to a high level of accuracy and to meet deadlines.
  • Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders
  • Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements to achieve more effective working practises.
