Adecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

Location:
Basildon

Salary:
£11.00- £12.00 per hour

Working days:
Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am till 5.30pm

Duration of contract:
Temporary to Permanent

Requirements:

Experience in administration
Computer literate
Excellent customer service skills
Confident telephone manner
You will have previously dealt with telephone based customer enquiries

Duties:

Completing all administration tasks as required by department
Dealing with customer orders and complaints
Dealing with enquiries from colleagues and clients
Keeping all records up to date and maintained
This role will also require the right person to help out in the warehouse in busy periods
