This position will support the Export function by acting as administration and coordination support between customers and the Export function.

Job description:
Primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:
- Act as the interface between customers and the internal Export Officer
- Receive and review undertakings and other export related documents
- The provision of premium customer service to internal and external customers
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Receive and check undertakings and other export related documents, raise discrepancies with Export Officer
- Proactively export clear orders to support business and customer requirements
- Provide premium support services to internal functional stakeholders as representative of the Logistics function
Customer Liaison:
- Contact customers to obtain key export information as required
- Liaise with customers to support the completion of required export documentation
General Responsibilities:
- Use of business systems
- Provision of premium customer service
- Complete various administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Experience required:
- Preferable experience working within an export administrator/shipping administrator environment
- Preferable experience of using SPIRE platform
- Basic knowledge of export and import
- Undertaking of export terminology
- Export Control, Exporter of Record, Consignee, End User, End User/Consignee Undertakings, Customer Entry, Government/Commercial contract, UK Strategic Export Control List, although not mandatory
- Educated to GCSE level of equivalent
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High level of accuracy when processing data
