Just a few minutes' walk from Shelford train station this Operations Co-Ordinator role is ideally for a graduate or early career individual who is passionate about joining a tech start-up.

This position is initially being recruited on a 3 month temporary basis with the view to move permanent and, will attract a salary of £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.


This start-up have already attracted some of Cambridge's most skilled talent working in their specialist fields and the position of Operations Co-Ordinator will see you supporting various areas of the business to ensure the continual smooth running and growth.


This position covers area's such as:

  • Office Management
  • Financial Admin
  • PA duties
  • HR Support
  • Basic IT support
  • Marketing


Due to the breadth of areas covered you won't be expected to hit the ground running across the board, instead our client is looking for an individual with a passion to develop, the interest to get involved and the motivation to sometimes work under mínimal supervision.
