We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative.

As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
From £23,833.07 per year
