Description
A fantastic opportunity to become a Motor Claims Handler for one of the UK's Independent Commercial Insurance Brokers.

The client prides themselves on providing exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.

The Motor Claims Handler will be responsible for managing the policy holders motor claim journey. In return, the Motor Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £27,000.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Managing the claims process across different products, including motor, property and liability
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of Acturis
  • Produce claims MI/ claims reports when required
  • Full Caseload Claims Management

Skills & Requirements:


  • Proven experience within motor claims is imperative
  • Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claims
  • Ability to negotiate and settle claims
  • Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
