**M&E Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Developer - London
- £80,000 - £90,000 + Package**Our Client, one of the UK's leading and well-established commercial developers are seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to work on a large and prodigious refurbishment project in Central London.

Prepare budget cost plans to support site appraisals
Prepare and tender material schedules
Establish and maintain key supplier relationships, procure, tender and appoint subcontractor packages
Manage and resolve subcontractor variations and negotiate final accounts
Produce financial performance review summaries
To prepare detailed and accurate build budgets to enable the financial control of the development.
To assist in the formulation, development and implementation of buildcost systems and procedures.
Demonstrable track record of taking ownership of developments and display a good allround commercial awareness.

A bright, commercially astute individual is required, preferably with experience of working with a main contractor or residential developer, with experience of delivering commercial projects.
