What does this Care Assistant job involve?

Traveling between visits, so it is essential that you are able to drive and have your own transport
Assisting people with all aspects of their personal care
Maintaining individual's hydration and nutrition requirements
Medication Management
Promoting individual's Independence and emotional wellbeing
Assisting individuals with meal preparation and eating.
Assisting people with rehabilitation activities
Escorting individuals to medical appointments
Supporting individuals in the use of aids and other equipment
